1. Easy Returns & Refunds
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, you can request a refund or replacement within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply:

- Follow our return instructions - we will guide you step by step
This helps us process your request faster and get you your refund sooner.
3. What You Can Return
You’re eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- The product is damaged, defective or incorrect
- You received the wrong item
Please return the product in its original packaging if possible.
We may ask for photos for verification.
4. What Can’t Be Returned
To keep things fair, we cannot accept returns if:
- The product is used, opened or not in its original condition
- The return request is made after 3 days of delivery
- The product is marked as final sale or clearance, if specified
5. What Happens After You Return
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, refund is processed to your original payment method
- Refunds generally take 7 - 14 business days to reflect depending on your bank/payment provider.
We will notify you via email once your refund is issued.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong / defective item), we cover the return shipping cost.
- For other returns, customers will be responsible for return shipping.
